There are a number of benefits and learning opportunities for the children here at Happy Days. We believe in provide a program that caters for the individual needs, interests and developmental levels of all children.
The Centre runs a play-based learning program which allows the children at the Centre to learn through their daily play and interaction with each other.
All activities and experiences have an educational benefit to the child and provide natural learning to occur. We use the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards to guide the children’s learning to prepare them for big school.
Through play, the children here learn how to interact with and show care, empathy and respect for one another, develop a sense of belonging to groups and communities and the understanding of the reciprocal rights and responsibilities necessary for active community participation, become socially responsible and show respect for the environment and develop a disposition for learning.
